5’7″  Cammy Verducci is one of two children born to Coach Verducci and his gorgeous wife Noel; they are also the proud parents of their older son, Jack who is a 2015 graduate and football letterman at Princeton University.

Ms. Verducci graduated in 2016, from Regina High School in Iowa. In high school, she was a standout baseball player who also tasted stardom in the basketball court. Furthermore, she currently attends at Notre Dame.

Marcheita Anderson 

Meet Mrs. Marcheita Anderson; she is the loving, caring, and beautiful wife of college basketball coach, Mike Anderson. He is the current head coach of The Arkansas Razorbacks basketball team at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Marcheita’s hubby was born on December 12, 1959, in Birmingham, Alabama, where he attended Jackson-Olin High School, before attending at Jefferson State College and the University of Tulsa.

He got his first coaching job at the University of Tulsa as an assistant coach to head coach Nolan Richardson, who dragged him along with him when he signed with the University of Arkansas in 1985.

In 2002, joined the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB); and the University of Missouri in 2006. The University of Arkansas hired him as their head coach in 2011.

Coach Anderson is happily married to the momma of his four incredible children, Mrs. Marcheita Anderson.

The first thing you need to know is that she was born and raised in Fayetteville, Arkansas Marcheita Goff on August 9, 1961. Attended at Bixby High School, before attending at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.

Furthermore, Marcheita married her husband 30 years ago; they have four children together; son Mike Jr and daughters Darcheita, Yvonne, and Suney.

Her daughter Darcheita is a real estate agent, Mike Jr., a former player for Coach A while at Missouri and Yvonne, who played for Texas and is currently playing in a professional league in Italy.

In addition to their children, Coach Anderson and wife Marcheita have four grandchildren: Aiyana, Miikayla, Laila and Anderson.

Moritz Wagner, the German power forward player with the Michigan Wolverines at the University of Michigan, is without a doubt one of the best players in the team. With that noted we wonder if the 6’11” Berlin native has a  pretty girlfriend to celebrate his accomplishments with? Do you know?

He is one of two sons born to Tammy and  Division III assistant men’s basketball coach at Muhlenberg College Dawud Abdur-Rahkman; they are also proud parents of their son, Shahad, who played at East Stroudsburg.

Prior to joining the Wolverines, Muhammad played with under coach Dennis Csencsits at Allentown Central Catholic High School.

And now, without any further ado, let’s meet Tera.

The first thing you need to know is that this beautiful young woman is an athlete herself. That’s right! Tera is a phenomenal softball player.

She was born Tera Ashley Blanco on March 29, 1996,  in Huntington Beach, California. Her parents are  Eva and Jeff Blanco; she has one older sister, Kayla who played softball while she attended at Cal State Fullerton.

She graduated from Marina High School and is currently a junior at the University of Michigan.

Anya Martin 

Anya Martin is the lovely, caring and beautiful wife of college basketball coach Frank Martin. Coach Martin is the man guiding the South Carolina Gamecocks at the University of South Carolina. Prior to that, he was the head coach at Kansas State University.

Anya’s hubby a Miami native born on March 23, 1966. He graduated from Florida International with a bachelor’s degree in physical education. He got his first coaching job at Miami high school as an assistant coach.

Eight years later he joined North Miami High School, before returning to Miami High School in 1995. In 1999, he became head coach at Booker T. Washington High School and assistant head coach at Northeastern University in 2000.

Was assistant coach under Bob Huggins at the University of Cincinnati in 2004, and less than two years later Kansas State University named him their head coach. On March 26, 2012, South Carolina announced their hired Coach Martin as their new head coach.

As noted above, Coach Martin’s is happily married to his gorgeous wife Any Martin who was born and raised in Queens, New York.  She graduated from John Bowen High school in Flushing, NY. 

Subsequently, she attended the University of Massachusetts before she transferred to Northeastern University where she studied Taxation.

Furthermore, Anya and Frank Martin are the proud parents of three incredible children; Brandon, 17, Amalia, 11, and Christian, 9.

Ms. Thomas graduated in 2014, from George Bush High School in Richmond, Texas. Voted MVP of fort Bend her junior year; she helped her team to its first playoff appearance in 11 years.

Amy Miller

This lovely lady is Amy Miller; she is the beautiful and loving wife of coach Sean Miller, who has been coaching the Arizona Wildcats since 2009. Would you like to meet her?

It seemed expected that Sean Miller would end up here, with a stable home beneath Hollywood’s bright lights, where his extraordinary childhood aptitude for dribbling and handling a basketball drew the notice of film and movie types.

Acting before Coaching

Before Miller became a basketball coach, there was “The Fish That Saved Pittsburgh.” the movie released in 1979, became something of a cult classic.

Stromberg said,

I remember that kid from the movie, didn’t know that was Sean Miller until just now. and had no idea he became a coach.

Archie Miller, Sean’s younger brother and the head coach at Dayton said,

You knew basketball was important in our house. It was basically the same as breathing. Very, very few people have outworked my brother in the game of basketball. And I mean from age 5 to 44.

Someway, Miller’s dribbling came to the notice of Bo Ryan at Wisconsin, then an assistant coach. Ryan, an economics and marketing major, wanted to spice up the university’s basketball camp. So he flew in three basketball magicians, Miller, the youngest of the three, included. As part of his practice, Miller wore a Superman costume.

Ryan said,

Those were the three best at the time. Probably in the world. In the ’80s, there were all these kids whose dad took them to the gym for 10 hours a day, all these instructional videos. But Sean is the one that people from my generation remember.

Miller would to a certain extent talk about his college career, in which he led Pittsburgh to three N.C.A.A. tournament appearances and ranked among Pitt’s most productive passers and most accurate 3-point shooters. He would rather talk about his family: his wife, Amy, and their three children.

Archie Miller said,

There were literally thousands and thousands of opportunities for him to travel the world and demonstrate the skills he had. What gets lost in the shuffle is how terrific a player he was. People forget that.

Matta described Miller as “sloppy” as a roommate and revealed that Miller for all time seemed not to recall or lose his wallet when trips started or the bill came due. Miller, on the script until the end, refused to connect in such friendly teasing.

He said,

I wouldn’t be here today without him.

The pass he threw to Jerome Lane before Lane shattered the backboard with a dip and Bill Raftery shouted,

Send it in, Jerome!

Stromberg said,

I still can’t believe that kid became a basketball coach.

His wife, Amy Miller, 46, was born Amy Christine Watterson in Pennsylvania to Susan Watterson and Glenn Watterson II of Darlington. Amy met her famous husband while they were attending at Blackhawk High School, she was a cheerleader, and he was a sophomore transfer student who just joined the basketball team, they started dating while they were in high school and all the way thru college at the University of Pittsburgh.

Happily Married

They got married on August 7, 1993, in Mount Pleasant Church in Darlington. They are the proud parents of their three beautiful and amazing sons,  Austin, Cameron and Braden who are 19, 15, and 13.

Diane Brooks

Mrs. Diane Brooks is the beautiful, loving, and caring mother of college basketball player Dillon Brooks. Her boy is a small forward player for the Oregon Ducks at the University of Oregon in Eugene, Oregon. In addition to playing with the Ducks, Dillon is part of Canada Basketball team.

Anita Diane Brooks a project director at a major Canadian bank and wife of a construction worker gave birth to Dillon on January 22, 1996, in Mississauga, Ontario. He first attended at Father Henry Carr high School, but school was tough.

After her son had been diagnosed with reading handwriting disability, she used sports to keep him motivated.

He hoped to attend prep school to play basketball in the U.S; therefore Diane and Dillon moved to Henderson, Nevada, where her son attended at Findlay Prep.

After high School, committed to the University of Oregon. An injury kept him off the court last season, but eventually recovered and was back in no time.

He received an invitation join Canada Senior basketball team in 2014, helping Canada win the silver medal at the 2015 Pan American Games.

Thelma Krause

Meet Thelma Krause; she is the wife of Jerry Krause, the legendary basketball scout, former general manager for the Chicago Bulla and two-time recipient of the NBA’s Executive of the Year Award.

Jerry died at the age of 77 on March 21, 2017. In addition to Thelma, he is survived by his children Stacy and David; and, his grandchildren Colette, Josh, Mia, and Riley.

Thelma Krause formerly known as Thelma Frankel was born on January 20, 1944. She currently lives in Highland Park. Before that, she lived in Scottsdale, AZ.

Mrs. Krause attended at Northeastern Illinois University. She graduated in 1962 from Wm. H Taft, in Bronx, NY and two years later from Bronx Community, CCNY.

She is the proud momma of her children Stacy Schiff Cooper, and David Schiff from a previous relationship; through her children, she and Jerry became grandparents to four grandchildren.

Ennis graduated from Laker Forest Academy; after high school, he first attended at Rice University, before transferring to Villanova in 2012. Dylan eventually moved to the University of Oregon after the 2015 season. He is pursuing a graduate degree in conflict and dispute resolution.

As noted Ennis is dating this beautiful gal, Megan Trinder is a 5’7″ guard at the University of Oregon; she hails from the land down under!!

Meg was born in Gold Coast, Australia; if we are not mistaken, she is one of three children born to Mrs. Shellie Trinder; her siblings are Karlie and Josh.

Northeastern and Oregon

Ms. Trinder is pursuing a major in health, physical education, and recreation; prior to Oregon, she attended Trinity College and Northeastern Community College. She suffered a preseason knee injury and had to sit out for the rest of the 2015-2016 season. Subsequently, suffered another season-ending knee injury on Wednesday, January 11, 2017.

“We are so sad to see Megan injured again,” coach Kelly Graves said in a statement. “She has played really well this season, and we will need other people to step up at the point guard position.”

Michelle Gard

Michelle Gard is the wife of Greg Gard, the head coach of the University of Wisconsin Men’s Basketball team. Coach Gard first served as interim head coach after former head coach Bo Ryan announced his retirement last December; but by March 7, 2016, Wisconsin promoted Coach Gard to head coach of the Badgers.

Michelle Gard’s husband Greg Gard was coach Bo Ryan’s longest-serving assistant; he was born Gregory G. Gard on December 3, 1970, in Cobb, Wisconsin to Connie Jean Gard and Glen F. Gard, 70, diagnosed with brain cancer in May 2015. He received a B.S in physical and health education from in 1995 and his M.S.E in counselor education in 2007 from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.

He began his coaching career as assistant coach at Southwestern high School in 1990 and assistant coach at Platteville High School and at his alma mater in 1993; became an assistant coach at the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee in 1999 and joined the University of Wisconsin under coach Bo Ryan in 2001.

46-year-old Michelle Gard was born Michelle Lee Roddick on July 7, 1969, in Wisconsin to Peggy Gard (nee. Logeson) and Jim Roddick. Michelle Gard holds an undergraduate and master’s degrees from UW-Eau Claire and another master’s in educational administration from Marian University in Fond du Lac. She met her husband in the mid 90’s while she was living in Milwaukee and went home to Platteville to visit her mom. One night she went out and met Greg who recently joined the coaching staff under coach Ryan and her brother Kevin Roddick who was a player for Coach Ryan introduced them.

Michelle and Greg dated for four years until they got married in 2000, They have three children Mackenzie, 14, who is currently a freshman in high school, Issac, 12, who is in the seventh grade and the youngest is Peyton, 7, who is a second grader.

Family First!!

Even so, she was working as the principal at an elementary school when she decided to quit her job and focus on much important things at home. On one side her father-in-law was battling brain cancer, and on the other her eldest child, Mackenzie suffered head trauma from a fall in December 2014 and still is dealing with repercussions from the incident that send her two weeks in a hospital and long months of different types of intense physical therapies.

Putting her career aside for her love ones was a no brainier for Michelle Gard, they are after all, her most precious possessions.

“There’s no way I’m in this position without her,” Greg Gard said of Michelle. “I could not have survived the last year. You talk about the highest of highs winning a Big Ten championship and coming off a Final Four and the lowest of lows going through my dad’s situations for six months.

“The last year has been best year of our lives and also the worst year of our lives. But she has been by my side, step by step; she has been phenomenal in terms of support from the day we got the news about my dad through the whole journey with him and with our kids. I’m a lucky guy.”

Sam Epenesa is the stunning girlfriend of  Purdue basketball player Vincent Edwards. The 6’8” Middleton native played basketball at Middleton high school prior to Purdue. His girl is in the same way a star herself.

the first thing you need to know is that Vincent Malik Edwards was born on April 5, 1996, in Middletown, Ohio. He is one of three sons born to Bill Edwards and Glennetta Patton; also the proud parents of Vincent’s older brothers Darius and Bill Jr.

Brother Bill, Jr., who played basketball at Miami, Ohio, and Penn State.
Furthermore, graduated in 2014 from Middleton and is currently pursuing a major n organizational leadership at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana.With that been said, are you ready to meet Samantha?

Sam was born Samantha Marie Arasi Epenesa on November 11, 1993, in Carbon Hill, Ill. Her parents Eppy and Stephany Epenesa are former football and volleyball players at Iowa and Iowa Wesleyan respectively.

Sam has three incredible and handsome brothers; Andrew, Eric, and Iosefatu.

6’0″ Sam, graduated from Edwardsville high School and is nowadays, the graduate volleyball player at Purdue with a degree in hospitality administration/ management met, in fact, Vincent at Purdue. So far, they have been dating for over a year.

Sharicka Thornwell

Meet Mrs. Sharicka Thornwell; she is the beautiful and proud mother of college basketball star Sindarius Thornwell, a guard player for the South Carolina Gamecocks at the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC.

Sharicka’s talented son was born on November 15, 1994, in Lancaster, South Carolina; where he first attended at Lancaster High School, before transferring to Oak Hill Academy.

In October 2012, he committed to play for the South Carolina Gamecocks; he is also working on his major in sociology.

Sindarius’s incredible momma was born Sharicka Jenel Thornwell on May 7, 1975, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, but raised in Lancaster, SC.

Like her handsome son, Sharicka attended Lancaster High School.

After high School, she studied at York Technical College in Rock Hill, SC.

Mrs. Thornwell juggled between jobs to raised her children, Sindarius who is also the son of Mr. Greg Wade was raised alongside his siblings Quantavious and one sister, Quasheka by their mom.

Sharicka once an employee at Ross had some help raising her children. Her mother and grandmother with whom Sindarius lived with from the sixth to 11th grade taught him compassion, his uncle Dajaun his basketball coach ever since he was a child, and who been with him all the way.

Mrs. Thornwell fought to keep him off the streets; she did it through love and discipline. 

Certainly, the May 2016 incident, May 2016, when he was arrested and charged with marijuana possession and driving with a suspended license was a huge mistake. But, she knew that even though he was a young man, he was mature enough to take full responsibility for his mistake,  he was going to learn from his mistake, stand up, and become a better person.

Angela Walton

Meet the lovely Mrs. Angela Walton; this incredible lady is the gorgeous momma of Derrick Walton Jr. He is a point guard for the Michigan Wolverines at the University of Michigan. While her son’s story is fascinating, FabWags finds Angela to be quite a delight!!!

Angie gave birth to her wonderful boy on April 3, 1993, in Detroit, Michigan. Derrick first attended at Saginaw High School and subsequently, joined the Wolverines at the University of Michigan for the 2012-2013 season. He is pursuing a sports management major.

Angela and her husband Derrick Sr. had just one son, she speaks on the phone with him on a daily basis most of the time, or at least they text each other. However, there are times when she needs to list to his voice.

“He can text, but a couple of times a week, I have to hear his voice,” she said. “I tell him, ‘I know you are busy, but I want to hear your voice.’”

For example, do you remember that scary news when the plane carrying Derrick and the rest of the Wolverines skidded off the runway at Willow Run Airport?

“All I could hear was, ‘Mom, we were in a plane accident,’” she said. “And the phone went dead.”

“I was getting ready to put on my shoes and go there,” she said. “Zak Irvin’s mom called me. They are close, so we are close. She called me, and we were talking about what we knew. Then, he clicked in on the other end.”

A few hours later Angela heard from her boy; he was alright, just suffered a minor cut on his knee that required some stitches.

He had to get on yet another plane, scary as it was, the Wolverines flew, and Derrick was the star of the night. Angela Walton drove to see him play; she couldn’t be more proud!!!
