Meet NBA Wag Nikki Sapp

Miami Heat’s coach, Erik Spoelstra, is dating former Miami Heat cheerleader Nikki Sapp. He had kept his relationship private but shocked the media when he finally brought out his beautiful and much younger girlfriend in public at Eric Reid and Tony Fiorentino‘s yearly fundraiser.

The young hottie began dancing for the team in 2005 while Spoelstra was serving as an assistant for Pat Riley. She performed for three seasons, then left before Erik Spoelstra, who has been with the team since 1995, took over as coach in 2008. Spoelstra as head coach and Sapp as a dancer overlapped by one season, though it’s not clear if they were together in 2008, they have been dating for at least two years. Both were associated with the team for the franchise’s first title in 2006.

Nikki Sapp has a strong background in art, dance, and design. She attended Miami International University of Art & Design where she studied fashion design on a full scholarship after she produced her own fashion show in 2005. Sapp then continued her education at Florida International University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with her BA in Art History, while dancing professionally for the NBA’s Miami Heat and teaching dance to children ages 5-18 at Just Dance It! dance studios.

Sapp is a director at the famous Guy Hepner Contemporary Art Gallery in West Hollywood, Calif., according to her website. She has opened the newest art gallery location in Bal Harbour. Sapp shares time between Los Angeles and Miami.

Nikki Sapp also appears as a guest writer in the American Contemporary Art Magazine, West Hollywood. She describes herself as a clothing designer with her own label, Forever Miss Nik.

Nikki Sapp and Erik got engaged during the summer of 2015, he made the big announcement on the on the Izzy and Ethan Show on 790 The Ticket on Tuesday, September 16, 2015.

“The coolest thing I did this summer, without I doubt, I got engaged,” Spoelstra said.

Meet Gloria Govan

Gloria Govan is not exactly a new face on the block, as the wife of NBA star Matt Barnes, she became one of the infamous Basketball Wives LA.

Gloria Govan and her man have been estranged for a while now but recent reports indicate Matt Barnes would still beat pretty much anyone who’s making a move on the beautiful brunette, Gloria Govan!

According to the NY Post, 6-foot-7 Barnes, who now plays for the Memphis Grizzlies, was tipped off that Gloria Govan and current Knicks coach Derek Fisher were getting it on at the home Barnes once shared with her! As a result, Matt Barnes allegedly drove 95 miles to “beat the s—t out of him” the Daily Mail reports.

Fisher and Barnes used to be teammates on the LA Lakers, they played for the same team for two seasons. But Barnes lost it when he was told by his twin sons Fisher was at their home.

LA court records show Barnes filed for divorce in January. Sources said Fisher began dating Govan, 29, “a few months” ago. To put you up to speed, Fisher has also taken divorce road; in March, the 41-year-old filed for divorce from his wife, Candace, a month after their 10th anniversary.

Sources close to Gloria Goavn said she’s planning to file a restraining order against Barnes. This type of situations is not new for the former couple; in 2012, he was arrested for allegedly threatening a California cop who recognized him for an outstanding warrant for driving with a suspended license. Prior to that, in 2010 he was arrested on suspicion of felony domestic violence against Govan, who was his fiancée at the time.

But it wasn’t always all bad. Gloria Govan met Barnes when she was only 12, they began dating in 2006, when he played for the Golden State Warriors. In 2008 Gloria Govan gave birth at age 38, to twin sons Carter Kelly Barnes and Isaiah Michael Barnes. The couple tied the knot in 2012.

Gloria Govan was born Jan 1st, 1970.She became a known figure for her modeling and acting jobs. Gloria Govan made her reality TV debut in 2010 for “Basketball Wives” where her opinionated attitude made her a main character. She spent two seasons on the show before joining “Basketball Wives LA” in 2011 and 2012. She and Matt Barnes decided to separate in 2014.

She’s also done some acting participating in “Chocolate City” and “More Money, More Family” in 2015. When cameras are not rolling, she remained focused on philanthropic efforts and entrepreneurial endeavors. Among her project we can mention a cookbook and fitness video.

Liza Morales, she is the ex-girlfriend of Lamar Odom and the mother of his children. Liza was Lamar’s girl before Khloe Kardashian was in the ballers’ life. Odom and Morales dated for several years!

36-year-old Liza Morales (b. May 10th, 1979) was in a relationship for almost 12 years with Khole’s “LamLam” their time goes back to the 1990’s and finally got engaged in 2000 from this relationship they have 3 children. She says their years together were plagued by groupies but what really damaged their chances at forever was the death of one of their children; Jaden who tragically passed away seven months after his birth of SIDS. She felt abandoned after that.

Lamar and I never really talked about our loss, which I know wasn’t healthy and also meant our relationship would never last. It couldn’t. I found out soon after that he’d had a long-term relationship with another woman—a relationship he said he’d end but he didn’t—and that was that.

They have two more children together, Destiny born in 1998, Lamar Jr. born in 2002.

The former player for Los Angeles Clippers faced a custody case, the former couple was in court for a case of child support. Odom was so exhausted he actually fell asleep for 20 minutes in the face of the court. Liza, Destiny and Lamar Jr. reportedly rushed to Lamar’s side on Oct. 14, after the NBA star was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel.

Cathy Mercer and Joe Odom

Cathy Mercer and Joe Odom are the parents of former NBA star Lamar Odom. Their 35-year-old son, is currently hospitalized after being found unconscious at a brothel in Nevada, reports say.

Odom was found unresponsive Tuesday at the Love Ranch in Crystal, the Nye County Sheriff’s Office said. According to TMZ, Odom was at Dennis Hof’s Love Ranch and had been partying since Saturday with girls. Sources from the Ranch say he was taking a herbal substitute for Viagra.

Cathy Mercer and Joe Odom son was allegedly found by a girl who went up to his VIP room. 911 was called after the woman began screaming calling for the manager. According to authorities, the call came in at 3:15 PM for an unresponsive male at the Love Ranch.
The 6 ft 10 in basketball player, was rushed to Pahrump hospital. It’s still unclear what exactly has been found at the scene. Most recent updates indicate the former Lakers star, is is breathing with the assistance of machines and remains in critical condition. Ex-wife Khloe Kardashian is said to be by his side, even though their divorce was finalized a few months ago.

Lamar who is currently a free agent, won two championships with the Lakers (2009-2010). He was 2011’s NBA Sixth Man of the Year.

Lamar, a NY native lost his mother, Cathy Mercer due to colon cancer. He was only 12-years-old. Lamar’s father Joe Odom is described as a heroin addict who did little to nothing for him. Lamar grew up and was raised by his grandmother, Mildred.

Joe Odom had a few scenes during his son reality show Khloe & Lamar. Lamar’s then wife, Khloe is seen concerned over Lamar and Joe’s rocky relationship.

Joe Odom is seen in a number of episodes trying to make amends with his estranged son, who ends up helping him financially.

When Khloe filed for divorce from Lamar in 2013, Joe Odom accused her of ruining Lamar’s life, publicly saying she was controlling and adding he wished they never marry.

Joe Odom told Hollywood Life after finding out the news about his son: “Somebody drugged my son. There’s no way he’s down there partying crazy like that. No way.

Joe went on to say, he is depressed after hearing the news, he said he had been calling Lamar and also reached out to Khloe asking her to give him a call.

Joe Odom is also a grandfather to Lamar’s kids, daughter Destiny and son Lamar Odom Jr. He doesn’t have a close relationship with them either, reports say.

Lamar lost two of his close friends last year, under similar circumstances.

Meet Destiny, Lamar Jr & Jayden

Destiny, Lamar Jr & Jayden are the children of NBA star Lamar Odom. Their famous father is currently fighting for his life after being found unconscious in Nevada.

Destiny, Lamar Jr & Jayden’s mother is Lamar Odom’s ex-girlfriend Liza Morales. The former couple produced three children but third child, 6½-month-old son Jayden, died from SIDS while sleeping in his crib in 2006.

Destiny Odom is Lamar’s first born. Liza Morales gave birth to Destiny in 1998. Destiny was joined by younger brother, Lamar Jr. in 2002.

Destiny, Lamar Jr & Jayden’s father played for the University of Rhode Island Rams for the 1998-1999 season. After a season with Rhode Island, he was drafted by the Los Angeles Clippers in 1999, playing for the team for four seasons before signing with the Miami Heat. He was later traded to the Lakers where he spent 7 of his 14 seasons in the NBA.

17-year-old Destiny and 13-year-old Lamar (pictured below) currently live with their mother Liza Morales in New York.

Destiny and her brother have witnessed the fast lane life their father had led over the years. Lamar’s first born has made her voice heard in the past over her father’s choices.

Destiny Odom wasn’t too happy when her grandfather, Joe bad-mouthing the Kardashians. The teen had this to say about it: “If my dad wasn’t well known Joe wouldn’t give a shit about us. I can count the number of times I’ve met Joe on my hands.’ And when told ‘gotta love your grandpa’, Destiny replied: ‘He ain’t my grandpa, I dunno that fool.”

Following her father’s divorce Destiny also spoke her mind and said the only Kardashian she ever liked was Rob. During happier times both Destiny and Lamar Jr. hung out a number of times with Khloe and the rest of the Kardashian crew.

Destiny keeps active on social media, she often posts images of her family and friends. She also has several photos of her and her father spending quality time together. There’s no doubt Destiny is a loyal supporter of her father. Being the daughter of a famous athlete also meant enjoying a some perks, including having a special pass for the Lakers ‘family room.’

Lamar Odom Jr. appears to be following his father’s footsteps. He plays basketball for his high school team. He recently graduated high school.

Destiny and Lamar Odom Jr.’s parents were said to have rekindled their love following his split from Khloe K. but Liza quickly took to Twitter to tell it was completely false.

Sources say Destiny & Lamar Jr. will fly to Las Vegas from New York, with their mother Liza Morales, to be by Lamar’ side.

Kim and Rachel were 10 years old when they competed on Star Search.

Debbie Saunders’ husband was hospitalized following complications in September. He passed away Sunday, October 25, 2016 at he age of 60.

We wonder who is Glen Rice Jr’s Girlfriend? Whoever the gal is, she must super worried about her basketball player man.

The Rio Grande Valley Vipers, shooting guard, Glen Rice Jr. has been shot in the leg! Recent reports say.

Rice Jr., who is the son of former NBA player Glen Rice, was at a party when the accident took place. According to TMZ, Glen Rice Jr. was at an Atlanta restaurant owned by rapper T.I. when a fight broke.

The argument, escalated to the parking lot and bada bim bada boom, a bullet ended on his leg. According to police reports, they have footage of Glen Rice Jr. running from the scene of the crime and ditching a gun by throwing it on a stairwell.
The young player allegedly got into a Porsche with Steven Pryor as the driver.

They were later stopped by police and found him bleeding from his leg. But his troubles don’t end there. Following a car search, police also found 240 grams of marijuana and $6,000 in cash. He was hit with charges including reckless conduct and possession of weed.

This is not the first time Rice Jr. and Steven Pryor are connected to a shooting. In 2012 he was stopped by police. At the time, it was Rice driving a Cadillac Escalade when cops responded to shots fired. Pryor was a passenger in the car and admitted to police, to firing a gun. The two were charged but Rice took the hardest part after getting kicked off the Georgia Tech basketball team.

The 24-year-old was selected by the Philadelphia 76ers with the 35th overall pick of the 2013 NBA draft. Rice Jr. is the oldest of six-children. His siblings are, 23-year-old G’mitri Rice, 16-year-old Brianna Rice, 14-year-old Giancarlo Rice, 11-year-old Giovanni Rice and 5-year-old Bella Rice.

Rice –who hasn’t been as lucky as his three-time NBA All-Star father –was waived by the Washington Wizards back in January, appearing in only 16 games across two seasons with the Wizards. Apparently, he had been exploring options to play overseas. Though now, his future is not exactly clear.

The play of the day comes in the form of Kristaps Porzingis’ fast break dunk!

Meet one of the new faces in the NBA, Kristaps Porzingis is a 20-year-old Latvian power forward/ center who made his NBA debut earlier this week.

The 7 ft 3 in player, was selected by the Knicks with the fourth overall pick of the 2015 NBA draft. Last July he signed his rookie scale contract with the Knicks and made his debut on Wednesday, October 28.

Porziņģis, who averaged 10.5 points and 3.2 rebounds per game in four Summer League games with the Knicks, made his debut in the team’s season opener against the Milwaukee Bucks.

According to ESPN, Porzingis scored 16 points (3-for-11 FG, 9-for-12 FT) with five boards, a trey, an assist, a steal, a block and two turnovers in 24 minutes of his NBA debut on Wednesday.

Porzingis was especially aggressive as a scorer, drawing 12 free throws and adding another 11 field goals in only 24 minutes of action in his first NBA game. His defensive contributions helped make it a stronger all-around effort as well.

According to his prospect analysis, his strengths include: mobility and athleticism of the charts for players his height. He is an excellent shooter with quick release, potential 20 and 10 guy.

His weaknesses are listed as, lack of aggressiveness, (we can scratch that after his Wednesday debut); frame still needs to fill out and he also needs to work on defensive awareness and rebounding instincts.

Kristaps Porzingis was born Aug 2, 1995 in Latvia. According to info online, he showed an interest and skill for the game from a very young age. He started out his career in youth team in his home country until being discovered in Latvia in 2010 when he was 15-years old and already 6-8. Despite his youth, he moved to Spain to sign with Cajasol Sevilla, where he’s been playing for four years already.

Although he didn’t win many games with Sevilla, he had a solid 2014/2015 season with them.

He was given the 2015 Eurocup Rising Star. He also competed with the Latvia youth national team at the 2013 FIBA Europe Under-18 Championship.

Not much is known about his more private and personal life, so the idea of a girlfriend/dating seems pretty far from his mind at the moment! Though with his baby face and his swagger he definitely looks like a chick magnet!

As of now Kristaps Porzingis is all about stats and numbers but keep coming back for updates and have no doubt we’ll be hearing more from him in the near future.

Kishele Shipley is the girlfriend of the San Antonio Spurs wingman Kawhi Leonard, the young NBA star player from Riverside, California who has become of the most dangerous and spectacular players in the NBA. Spurs fans loves him, his family certainly adore him too and his lady Kishele Shipley feels incredible proud of him.
Leonard, NBA’s 2014 Most Valuable player (MVP), and NBA Defensive Player of the year in 2015 was born in Los Angeles, California. Leonard who hosted his first Annual Youth Basketball Camp in 2012 in San Diego, California.,

Meet Melissa Giles

Melissa Giles is the mother of basketball up and comer, Harry Giles! Her son has been dubbed the No. 1 recruit in the 2016 high school class, a versatile and insanely athletic power forward from Oak Hill Academy (Va.)

It must be good to be the man of the hour, Harry Giles, but how about his proud mother. Today, the 6-foot-10 native of Winston Salem, N.C., announced his college choice to be Duke University. He picked the Blue Devils over Kentucky, Kansas and Wake Forest.

Melissas’ son is among the favorites to be taken No. 1 in the 2017 NBA draft assuming he can show that he’s fully recovered from his latest knee injury.

Earlier this week, Harry partially tore his ACL. It is the second time Giles has torn his ACL. Two summers ago, he tore the ACL and MCL in his left knee. Fox Sports, reported.

With a full year to recover from his latest knee injury before Duke opens the 2016-17 season, Giles ought to be healthy enough to be a key contributor for a Duke program poised success.

According to an analysis evaluation, Giles is a modern, face-up forward who has grown to 6-9 yet possesses the quickness, reflexes and fluidity of a wing. His jump shot features a high release, no hitches or glitches, and he possesses range to the three-point line. Despite being a tall guy, Giles also handles very well. He creates in one-on-one scenarios and rises for picturesque pull-up jumpers. He utilizes a crossover and explosive first step to attack all the way to the basket as well.

According to Fox Sports, though Melissa Giles, is heartbroken over the latest injury of her son she is optimistic about his recovery. The proud mom says she has raise her son to be a an always smiling, always optimistic, incredibly mature young man.

Melissa Giles and Harry’s father split when he was just five. Harry stayed living with his mother, while his father resides about 25 minutes away. Both parents make it to just about every game he plays, CBS reports.

We regret to tell you about the sudden death of a former NBA draft-pick, Michael Wright. Reports say Wright passed away last night, November 10th. His body was found inside his car earlier today. He was 35-years-old.

Michael, a Chicago native, attended Farragut Career Academy High School, where he exceled at basketball. In college, it was clear he had a gift. He served as a star forward for the Arizona Wildcats.

Back in 2001, all indicated Michael Wright had a bright future ahead of him. He was a second-round pick of the New York Knicks that year.

The former power forward starred at Arizona for three seasons. He averaged 15.1 points and 8.4 rebounds during his time with the Wildcats before getting drafted by the Knicks.

Michael Wright also represented the United States at both the U18 and U19 international levels during his wide-ranging basketball career. He helped lead the U18 squad to a FIBA Americas gold medal in 1998.

Michael didn’t quite made the New York’s roster and wind up overseas. He had a 14-year-career playing in several different countries, including Poland, Turkey and France. His most recent stop was with Cholet Basket of the French League.

Michael received MVP and leading scorer honors during his time playing in Turkey.

He left his French team last February and was planning a return to Europe to continue playing, according to a family member, who spoke with the Chicago Sun.

The pro basketball player Michael unresponsive body, was found in the backseat of his SUV Tuesday morning in Brooklyn, reports say. Wright was found under a pile of trash bags with a head wound; however, authorities seem to believe this is not a murder case and could be the scene of a suicide.

A police source told the Daily News the Chicago native was bipolar, which could have led him to take his own life.

According to Patch.com, Wright had been reported missing and his Lexus SUV had been parked for a number of days before being found.

He was last seen, November 5th. An autopsy to determine the exact cause of death is pending.

It is not yet clear if Michael Wright leaves a wife and possible children, or if he was in a current romantic relationship with someone. We send our condolences to his family and friends.

Bre Ladd is the wife of Luke Walton, former NBA player once a player for the Los Angeles Lakers and current interim head coach for the Golden State Warriors. But coach Walton isn’t the only one with an interesting biography, his wife Bree was a star athlete at the University of Arizona. Would you want to read Bre Ladd’s biography?

6’8″ Luke Walton born and raised in San Diego, California to Susan Walton (nee. Guth) and Bill Walton. He has three brothers Adam, Nathan and Chris. He graduated in 1998 from the University of San Diego High School. He played basketball at the university of Arizona from 1999 to 2003 when he was selected in the 2nd round (32nd overall) by the Lakers in the 2003 NBA Draft. During Walton’s time with Los Angeles they won two NBA championships; in March, 2012 he was traded to the Cavaliers along a 2012 first round draft choice and Jason Kapono. Walton retired the following year.
His coaching career began with the Los Angeles D-Fenders of the NBA Development League who hired him as their player development coach in November, 2013, that same year he joined the Lakers on-air broadcasting team at Time Warner Cable SportsNet.

The Golden State Warriors introduced Luke Walton as their new assistant coach under Steve Kerr on July 3, 2014. Coach Kerr underwent back surgery and took an indefinite leave of absence to rehabilitate fafter the Warriors defeated the Cavaliers at the 2015 NBA finals, Walton was appointed interim coach in October, 2015.

Bre’s volleyball career began during her high school years at Canyon Del Oro High School where she was a member of the CDO Honor Roll and a four-year letter winner, after she graduated in 2002, she enrolled at the university of Arizona, where she graduated from with a major in community and public health.

Bre Ladd met her hubby in 2002 at the University of Arizona, but it was until 2005 that they started dating. Luke asked her to marry him on Christmas Eve, 2006.

“He put a jewelry box inside of a really big box, and I assumed he’d gotten me the earrings I’d asked for,” says Bre. “I opened the box and saw my ring, and was so genuinely shocked, even after all that time.”

Luke and wife Bree got married on August 17, 2013 in front of 225 guests at The Little Nell in Aspen, Colorado. She wore a beautiful bridal gown by Hailey Paige with sandals by Giuseppe Zanotti and the groom looked so handsome in a custom made suit by Tom James.

Meet Linda Rambis

Linda Rambis is a long time NBA wife. She is married to former player turned NBA coach, Kurt Rambis.

Kurt was born on February 25, 1958. He played with several NBA teams but found success with the L.A. Lakers becoming a four time World Champion.

Kurt Rambis was drafted by the New York Knicks in 1980, but joined the Greek League AEK Athens and won the Greek Cup in 1981. Kurt then joined the Los Angeles Lakers in 1981 as a free agent and won championships in 1982, 1985,1987, and 1988. Rambis also played for the Charlotte Hornets, Phoenix Suns and Sacramento Kings before returning to the Lakers in 1993. He retired with the Lakers in 1995 after 14 years in the NBA.

A retired Rambis followed into the natural evolution of many players, he turned to coaching. He was a Los Angeles Lakers Assistant Coach from 2002-2009. He later became an assistant coach under Jackson between 2001 and 2004, helping the Lakers reach the 2002 and the 2004 NBA Finals, with Los Angeles winning a title in the former series. He was hired again by Jackson a few years later, along with former player Brian Shaw, as an assistant coach, helping the Lakers to another pair of finals in 2008 and 2009, winning in the latter attempt.

On August 8, 2009, Rambis was announced as the new head coach for the Minnesota Timberwolves, he stepped down in 2011.

In 2013 he was re-hired by the Lakers but by mid 2014 he was hired as assistant head coach for the NY Knicks. Kurt Rambis has also worked as an analyst for ESPN and Time Warner Cable. In February 2016 he was named the teams Head Coach.

Linda Rambis lives in Manhattan Beach, California. Linda Rambis and her hubby are the parents of three adults. She gave birth to sons, Jesse and Jordan and also to daughter, Ali.

Linda Rambis has always been linked to sports, whether being the wife of a player/coach and the mother of athletes. Her oldest son, Jesse Rambis, was born January 24, 1986 and used to play volleyball professionally. Daughter, Ali is also well known in the volleyball community, she played on the Santa Clara University volleyball team. While second child, Jordan Rambis has chosen the entertainment industry working as a producer.

Meet Kim Skiles

Kim Skiles is a long time NBA wife. She has been married to former player tuned coach, Scott Skiles for a number of years. His coaching career include a number of teams, among them the Phoenix Suns, Chicago Bulls, and Milwaukee Bucks.

In 2015 Kim’s hubby was named the head coach of the Orlando Magic team. His extensive coaching experience made him a fit for the teams search.

Skiles also happens to be well familiarized with the organization. Skiles is one of the most popular players in Magic history because of the grittiness and record-setting flair that he displayed while a part of the organization’s first teams more than two decades ago. In May of 2015, he became the Magic’s 12th head coach in franchise history.

Skiles has a NBA regular-season record of 443-433 (.506) as head coach with the Suns, Bulls and Bucks. During his 14 seasons as a head coach, his teams have reached the NBA Playoffs six times.

Skiles got his start in coaching as the head coach of PAOK in Greece in 1996-97. By 1997, he was back in the NBA as an assistant coach with the Phoenix Suns. Twenty games into the 1999-00 season, Skiles took over as head coach and ultimately led the Suns to a 40-22 mark the rest of the way and an upset of the defending champion San Antonio Spurs in the first round of the playoffs. And in 2000-01 his Suns won 51 games and again reached the postseason.

Skiles had great success in Chicago as head coach of the Bulls from 2003-07. Skiles guided the Bulls to three consecutive winning seasons that all ended with playoff appearances. During the 2006-07 season, Skiles’ Bulls squad won 49 games – their most since 1997-98.

Skiles took over the Bucks’ head coaching position in 2008 and in that first season he led Milwaukee to an eight-game improvement. And by 20109-10, Milwaukee had improved by 12 games and reached the playoffs following a 46-win season.

There is no doubt that Kim;s husband has been successful. Following a highly successful college career at Michigan State as a point guard, Skiles played 10 seasons and in 600 NBA games. The game that Skiles is most famous for came in a Magic uniform on December 30, 1990 when he carved up the Denver Nuggets for 30 assists. That mark still stands as a NBA single-game record.

Kim Skiles and her man are the parents of three children. She is the mother of two sons, Scott and Sean, and one daughter, Shelby.

Kim Skiles married her hubby in a small ceremony over the summer. Not much more is known about Kim Skiles. She seems to be pretty tight lip. In the past her husband has been asked about his family but his answer is: You can ask me questions,” “but I won’t answer them.”

According to an article in Complex, Kim’s husband has fathered at least six-children by multiple women. That means it is possible he cheated on Kim Skiles.

Hunter Mar, was born Hunter Renae Mar on February 10, 1997 in Renton, Washington to orthodontics parents Ryane and Toni deCaro Mar, Hunter has one older sister named Haeley and a younger sister named Kaiya.

Hunter Mar graduated from Kentridge High School in Kentridge, Washington and is currently pursuing a career in business at the University of Seattle where she is a midfielder player with Seattle University Girls’ Soccer Team. Dawn Pollard is the wife of former NbA player Scot Pollard who played with the Boston Celtics, the Cavaliers and the Detroit Pistons who selected him in the NBA Draft while he was playing college basketball at the University of Kansas. Meet Marcelle Silva

Marcelle Silva is the lovely wife of NBA player, Anderson Varejao. Her Brazilian husband was born September 28, 1982 in Brazil. He is a professional basketball player for the Golden State Warriors and Brazil.

He won the gold medal with Brazil at the 2003 Pan American Games. He’s also competed in every world championship between 2002 and 2014.

Anderson “Andy” Varejão was selected by the Orlando Magic in the second round of the 2004 NBA draft, 30th overall. On July 23, 2004, the Magic traded Varejão, along with Drew Gooden and Steven Hunter, to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

In the 2007 offseason, he became a restricted free agent and later signed a two-year $11.1 million contract with Charlotte Bobcats. Varejão then became the Cavalier’s starting center in the 2010 season.

He spent all 12 seasons of his NBA career with Cleveland. In early 2016, Anderson was dealt to Portland in a three-team trade. The Trail Blazers immediately cut the Brazilian, leaving him able to sign with any team; as a result he joined The Warriors in 2016.

In 2015, Varejao saw his playing time dwindle significantly as he all but dropped out of the rotation in Cleveland. He played just 31 games, averaging 2.6 points, 2.9 rebounds and 10 minutes.

For his career, Varejao has averaged 7.6 points and 7.5 rebounds. He has also played 71 playoff games but missed last year’s postseason for Cleveland because of a torn left Achilles.

Varejao, also known as Wild Thing, had three consecutive seasons (2011,2012,2013) where he was cut short by injury – limiting him to 81 games over the past three campaigns. Before that, he’d never played less than 48, and appeared in 81 contests twice.

He revealed in 2014, Marcelle Silva, had a lot to do with his comeback. “But having my wife now and my family, they helped me a lot. She was healing me, she really helped me. She took care of me – mentally, telling me to stay positive.”

The professional basketball player, dated his wife for three years before he proposed. After the long courtship, Marcelle Silva and Varejao walked the isle on September 7th, 2013 at St. Francis of Paola Church in Rio de Janeiro. Marcelle Silva was 27, at the time of her wedding.

The couple pledged eternal love in front of a whooping 1,000 guests, most of which were family and closest friends.

Marcelle Bueri Silva who now goes as Marcelle Varejao, is originally from Rio de Janeiro. Her hubby said about their big day: “It was HUGE,” “We got married in Rio. My family is huge. And her friends and family are all from Rio, so everybody went to the wedding. Probably 99 percent of the people we invited from Rio went to the wedding. And then our friends from all over the world that I invited all came. So it was around a thousand people. It was crazy.”

Meet Caressa Suzzette Madden

Caressa Suzzette Madden is the wife of NBA player, Delonte West. Her husband and baby daddy, was born July 26, 1983 in Washington, CD.

Her man had a rough childhood, bouncing from house to house, making his story much more interesting. Delonte West grew up in Prince George’s County. For years all he could hear was the sound of other kids laughing at him. After he hurt his leg and couldn’t play basketball anymore, he stopped going to school. That’s when his mother sent him to live with his father in rural Louisa County, Va., and that’s where West said he first “kind of spiraled downhill.”

He said he began cutting himself and swallowing pills with names he couldn’t pronounce. He found himself in and out of children’s hospitals, surrounded by other adolescents who had tried hurting themselves.

One night he dropped to his knees and prayed, brokering a deal with God. He made it through the night and left the facility about a month later.

He enrolled at Eleanor Roosevelt High in Greenbelt as a sophomore and eventually became the Washington Post’s All-Met Player of the Year.

West attended Saint Joseph’s University, where he averaged 18.9 points and 4.7 assists as a junior, helping the Hawks to a 30-2 record and an appearance in the Elite Eight of the NCAA tournament. He left school early, and the Boston Celtics picked him in the first round of the 2004 NBA draft. A year earlier, he had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder following a preseason game in 2008.

By 2008-09, he was playing alongside James for a Cleveland Cavaliers team that posted the best regular season record before losing in the NBA Eastern Conference finals.

Delonte has been open about his mental illness and self destructive behavior –which has put him in dangerous situations in the past.

In 2009 he was sentenced to eight months of home detention, two months of probation and 40 hours of community service, after police found a Beretta 9mm in West’s waistband, a Ruger .357 magnum strapped to his leg and a shotgun in a guitar case slung over his back. He had been pulled over for an improper lane change.

He was previously married but separated his first wife. It was during a low point in his life that Caressa Suzzette Madden came to his life. According to the Washington Post, The couple met at a mutual friend’s house. They soon moved in together but went throuhg hard times, at the time, he popped the question to Caressa Suzzette Madden, saying “I’m broke, heat ain’t working, brain ain’t working right, but I love you.” They tied the knot in 2013.

Then in 2013 the couple’s life took a turn after West was offered to play professionally again in Dallas. He joined the Texas Legends of the NBA Development League.

He went on to play summer league in Las Vegas with the Los Angeles Clippers, had brief stints in China and Venezuela and considered offers in Turkey and Puerto Rico before finishing the year with the Legends, with whom he appeared in three games before a hairline fracture was discovered in his left hand, ending his season.

Delonte’s career has been brushed with life-changing events including, teenage suicide attempts, divorce and unemployment. He continues to work in his professional and family life with the help of his family.

Caressa Suzzette Madden is the mother of the couple’s two children. She has given birth to two sons, including one named, Cash. She gave birth to her second son in 2014.

Alyssa Nelson is the latest gal to become an internet sensation after her smoking good looks sent users into frenzy. Reports say, hot Alyssa Nelson was seated courtside when she celebrated a Goran Dragic basket, revealing her little black dress!

It was obvious Alyssa Nelson was a Miami Heat fan during Tuesday’s game against the Indiana Pacers. Alyssa Nelson must have been very happy about the outcome which ended in the home team beating the Pacers by eight.

Accoridng to her Facebook page, Alyssa Nelson is originally from Saint Paul, Minnesota. Meaning she could have moved to Miami or is perhaps visiting. The buxom blonde has already amassed 17.8K followers on Instagram alone. She is very active on social media, often posting revealing images of herself.

Alyssa Nelson boasts a great figure. Her fit curves, mesmerizing eyes and blonde locks, definitely make her model material.
